ATV driver arrested for DWI

SHERMAN, N.Y. (WIVB) – ATV driver arrested and charged with third DWI.
Deputies witnessed Edwin Hannold Jr. driving an ATV on Park St. in the Village of Sherman without a helmet.
After questioning, it was determined that he had been operating the ATV while intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed two prior DWI convictions making this arrest a class D Felony.
Hannold was charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st and several other traffic violations.
