At least 1 confirmed dead in Alden crash

ALDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) — At least one person is dead following a two-car collision in Alden.
Officials say the driver of the white sedan failed to stop at an intersection and a mail delivery truck collided with the vehicle.
The driver of the car died as a result of their injuries. Their name has not yet been released.
It happened late Tuesday afternoon on Route 33, which is closed between North Millgrove and Zoeller roads.
