Arrest made after patrol car hit at crash scene

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – UPDATE: Buffalo Police report an arrest has been made in connection to this morning’s accident. 34-year-old Prena Reed of Amherst is charged with DWI, Reckless Driving and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
