Armed 91-year-old man taken down by landscapers over grass clippings

AVON PARK, Fla. (WFLA) – An armed elderly Florida man was taken down by area landscapers over grass clippings.
Max Horton, 91, became agitated and threatened to shoot people after landscapers had accidentally blown grass clippings onto a vehicle. Officials say Horton got into a verbal altercation with one of the landscapers. During the argument, Horton pulled out a handgun, pointed it at the landscaper and ordered him to his knees before telling him he was going to kill him.
