Anonymous contractor comes through for ripoff victims

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Valerie and Joe Figueroa’s new roof is just about finished–a vast improvement over the blue tarp they had been living under for about a week–after paying a contractor $6,000 as a down payment on a $12,000 project.
The new roof is courtesy of a Western New York roofing company who has asked to remain anonymous, which is just fine with Valerie, “This is awesome, and this anonymous person is a beautiful person.”
