Alexander Central School District attempts to break world records

ALEXANDER, N.Y. (WIVB) —  Students at the Alexander School in Genessee County took on a big challenge. They are trying to break three different world records.
The whole thing was part of a 5th grade writing project. Students researched different records that were reachable, and wrote detailed essays on how to break them.
After writing the essays, they presented the plans to the principal.
