Albion man accused of setting sleeping roommate on fire

ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man in Albion is accused of setting another man on fire while he was sleeping Thursday morning.
Albion Police responded to the alleged incident on West State Street in the village to find the suspect, Frank G. Carter, II, 50, in the street holding a knife. He was then taken into custody.
The victim lives with Carter, according to police. Police say Carter poured flammable liquid on the victim as he slept on a bed. He then ignited the liquid, causing burns
