Accused bank robber arrested at motel

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — An alleged bank robber from the Town of Niagara was arrested by Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday.
Joseph Light, 27, was charged with robbery and grand larceny after allegedly robbing the Northwest Savings Bank on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
Deputies and Town of Niagara police took him into custody at the Bit O’ Paris Motel on the same road.
Following arraignment, Light was jailed on $20,000 bail.
