Above-ground metro rail service to close starting Oct. 27

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The NFTA Metro announced Tuesday that their above-ground rail service will be closed for most of November.
Between Oct. 27 and Nov. 23, above-ground service will be shut down and those taking the underground service will have to transfer to a bus shuttle at Allen Station.
