9-year-old dies after being hit by car in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police say a nine-year-old boy has died after being hit by a vehicle.
The crash happened around 3:40 p.m. Sunday at Busti Avenue and Jersey.
Police say the boy was riding a bike when he was hit and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to Women and Children’s Hospital where he died.
Buffalo Police accident investigators say the driver stopped after the crash and at this time no charges have been filed.
Police are continuing to investigate.
