8 men indicted in statewide federal corruption case

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Eight people have been indicted in connection with a statewide federal corruption case.
This comes nearly two months after they were criminally charged.
The Manhattan U.S. Attorney says former top aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Joe Percoco, the former head of SUNY Polytechnic Institute Alain Kaloyeros, three executives with Buffalo developer LPCiminelli and three others were involved in bid-rigging and pay-to-play schemes across the state.
