BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  He’s the biggest gamble in the draft and could also yield the biggest payoff. Notre Dame’s Jaylon Smith was destined to be a top draft pick but that all changed following a devastating knee injury. Smith tore his ACL and MCL in a Fiesta Bowl loss to Ohio State. He underwent surgery in January and is on the mend. “I feel great. There is no soreness in the knee and there is no pain.” Smith remains optimistic that he will be a first round d
