2015 marks busy year for films in WNY

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Four days from a new year, officials from the region’s film commission said 2015 was a banner year for filming in western New York. And 2016 promises to be just as big.
The two biggest films from 2015 are the highly acclaimed “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2” —  which opens next year, and whose trailer was just released showing some shots of the Kensington Expressway. Then there’s “A Prince for Christmas,” a holiday movie
