19-year-old facing 4 capital murder charges called ‘serial killer’

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) — Police say a 19-year-old facing four capital murder charges could be considered a serial killer.
Joshua Dukes was recently named as a suspect in the death of a man killed last November at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Livingston Road.
Broderick Smith, a manager at the store, died at the scene during a robbery. Police connected and charged Dukes for this crime over the weekend.
Dukes was initially arrested about two months ago in connection with a double homicide
