14,000 runners participate in 122nd annual YMCA Turkey Trot

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Turkey Trot is an annual tradition here in Buffalo that brings out thousands of people each year. This year 14,000 people are running or walking to the finish.
“Nothing compares to coming out at 9 o’clock in the morning in freezing weather so even though you prepare it’s hard but it’s also a lot of fun because you’re doing it with a lot of of people,” said Katie Cageao of Buffalo.
