13-year-old leads New Mexico cops on high-speed chase

Torrance County, N.M. (KRQE) – At about 8:30 Tuesday morning, Sheriff Heath White was parked near Moriarty when he heard the radio call about a stolen Silver Dodge truck with a 13-year-old boy behind the wheel.
Just moments later, the boy went zooming by.
“Just by chance, I was right there when the call came out, initiated my emergency lights, and attempted to pull over vehicle,” said White.
