100+ homes damaged or destroyed in West Virginia flood

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin says early reports indicates more than 100 homes have been seriously damaged or destroyed and about 66,000 homes and businesses are still without power after a storm dropped 9 inches of rain on parts of the state.
