1 person in custody after hit-and-run

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police were at the scene of a hit-and-run accident that ended on Delaware Ave. near Tupper St. Wednesday morning.
Police were at the scene around 9:30 a.m. The incident started on the city’s west side, police say.
One person has been taken into custody.
