Tuesday’s blizzard could derail Southie’s St. Patrick’s Day parade

The city of Boston is debating whether to cancel Sunday’s St. Patrick’s Day parade in South Boston in the aftermath of Tuesday’s blizzard, Boston Mayor Martin J.
