Quincy developer’s lawsuit blames Boston design firm for ‘series of failures’

A Bozzuto affiliate has sued Boston-based ICON Architecture over what the real estate firm alleges are dozens of design errors at a large mixed-use development next to the North Quincy MBTA station.
