Coming soon to a McDonald's in Boston: Table service

McDonald’s Corp. said Thursday that it will offer table service at all of its 14,200 U.S. restaurants, with Boston and San Francisco next on the menu.The Illinois-based fast-food chain (NYSE: MCD) said it currently offers table service at about 500 restaurants, according to Bloomberg.
