Boston startup lands $15M investment to bring AI to customer service calls

Boston venture capital firm OpenView is leading a $15 million Series B round of investment into Cogito, a local company that combines machine learning, voice analysis and behavioral science to improve customer service call centers.Cogito announced the round on Friday.
