Woman arrested for threatening to bomb hair salon, started fire inside

BATON ROUGE – A woman has been arrested after she threatened to bomb a hair salon and intentionally started a fire there while people were inside.The incident occurred when 51-year-old Debra Frank Leger went into the Simply Savonote' Beauty Salon on Sept. 10 in the 6100 block of Florida Boulevard and announced that she was going to bomb the building.Leger had a 12 ounce Coca Cola can in her hand which she pointed to as the bomb device.
