Weston Broome, White particpate in debate prior to runoff election

BATON ROUGE – Baton Rouge's candidates for Mayor-President, Sharon Weston Broome and Bodi White went head to head during a debate hosted by the Baton Rouge Press Club on Monday.The candidates were hit with questions on top issues, one of them on community policing. Weston Broome said that she wants a better relationship between the two."I want a police chief who will be in sync with my vision to close the gap between law enforcement and the citizens of this community," Weston Broome sa
