West BR to implement traffic flow measures on LA 1 starting Monday

WEST BATON ROUGE - West Baton Rouge Parish, the City of Port Allen, the Town of Brusly and the Town of Addis in partnership with local law enforcement will implement traffic control measures starting Monday, Sept. 26.The measures are an effort to improve traffic flow on LA 1 during peak traffic times.
