Wednesday morning commute sees some roads return to service

BATON ROUGE - Tuesday saw Interstate 10 begin to open back up in several spots as water begins to recede, and Wednesday's first morning light saw more road openings throughout East Baton Rouge Parish and Livingston Parish.Traffic officials announced major roadway openings on Airline Highway and I-10 East in time for the Wednesday morning commute.Airline Highway is now open between Winbourne and Greenwell Springs. Airline is also now open between Evangeline and Greenwell Springs.Lane closures hav
