Two arrested for using heroin in front of child

BATON ROUGE - A man and woman were arrested after using heroin in front of a six-month-old child Wednesday.The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 11000 block of Morgan Hill Court.Deputies say a man returned to his home to find his wife, 33-year-old Corinne Southern, and two unidentified men in the home.
