Troopers identify woman killed in Tickfaw crash

TICKFAW - Louisiana State Police identified the pedestrian killed when she was truck by a vehicle on US 51 in Tickfaw Friday night.Police say the incident happened after 11 p.m. Friday near the intersection of US 51 and Pardo Rd. in Tickfaw. Investigators say 36-year-old Joni Fricano was walking south in the northbound lane of US 51 when she was hit by a passing vehicle. The Tangipahoa Parish Coroner's Office prounced Fricano dead at the scene.The driver of the vehicle, 37-year
