Travel time sign up, now being tested on La. 1

PORT ALLEN - State traffic managers are testing a new, partly digital road sign that will provide drivers with commute times.The sign has been installed on northbound La. 1 but is not provided real-time information. A DOTD spokesperson said there is no date on when the sign will be fully operational.
