Teen arrested for shooting cousin following argument

BATON ROUGE – The Baton Rouge Police Department arrested a teenager after shooting his cousin following an argument.On Oct. 5 around 3 p.m., 19-year-old Tyrus Veal went to his cousin's home to confront him. According to the arrest report, Veal wanted to confront him "about a possible confrontation with the police."Veal fired two gunshots into the ground to scare him, the report states.
