Stalled vehicle causes I-10 East delays on bridge

BATON ROUGE - The Friday evening commute into Baton Rouge from Port Allen is off with a bang as a stalled vehicle has closed multiple lanes of I-10 East.As of 3:15 p.m., the left and center lanes remained blocked on I-10 eastbound on the Mississippi River Bridge due to the breakdown.
