St James Parish president indicted for malfeasance
CONVENT - St. James Parish President Timothy Roussel has been indicted on six counts of malfeasance.Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry announced Wednesday's indictment in a news release. Roussel's director of operations, Blaise Gravois, and Assistant Finance Director Ashley Poche were also indicted on corruption charges.Roussel is accused of defrauding parish residents in excess of $70,000.Landry says Roussel allegedly authorized the construction of about 4,500 feet of natural gas line, a 10
