OPELOUSAS - The tough talkin' spokesperson for the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's office has been told to turn it down, state-wide radio reported.Captain Clay Higgins has become an internet superstar because of his weekly Crimestoppers segment on a Lafayette TV station.
