'Serial robber' arrested, wanted for multiple check cashing business robberies

BATON ROUGE - A New Orleans man was arrested after he allegedly robbed a check cashing business at gunpoint on Friday.According to arrest records, on Sept. 1 around 12:20 p.m., Deputies with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office responded to 'Check Into Cash' on Coursey Blvd. in reference to a hold-up alarm.Deputies arrived on scene and contacted a teller, who said the business was robbed at gunpoint and the suspect was still inside.Deputies then located the suspect, Julius Frank, 36, in the re
