FRANCISVILLE - A member of the West Feliciana School Board was killed while walking down a highway last week, the sheriff's office reported Tuesday.James White, 59, was hit while walking along Solitude Road near Heir Road shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday. Deputies said the driver of a sedan, Tiffany Cage, hit White as she drove by him.Cage, of Greenwood Road, was arrested and booked into jail on negligent homicide charges.
