Road closures remain in effect in Ascension due to flooding

DONALDSONVILLE - Heavy downpours throughout Thursday resulted in flooding throughout Ascension Parish that has led to the closure of several roadways.According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, the following roads were closed as of 1 p.m.:Evangeline Drive
