Restore La. task force to discuss Governor's request for program expansion

BATON ROUGE - The Restore Louisiana Task Force is meeting Friday morning to consider Governor Jon Bel Edwards' request to expand the homeowner assistance program. Edwards is asking for those who received damage in the March and August 2016 floods to be included. The Governor is also asking task force members to increase the grant amount given to those eligible for construction and reimbursements. That meeting will be held in Denham&
