Report: Body found wrapped in carpet on I-10 could be missing Miss. man

NEW ORLEANS - A morbid discovery on I-10 Thursday morning may also be the latest development in a missing person case out of Mississippi.Hancock County investigators are now in contact with the New Orleans Police Department after a decomposing body was found wrapped in carpet off Interstate 10 in New Orleans East.According to a report from WWL, investigators believe the man could be 54-year-old Philip Whitaker. Whitaker was last seen in Harrison County Nov. 8, when he
