Overturned 18-wheeler blocks ramp on I-110 near Capitol Access

BATON ROUGE - Crews are on the scene on an overturned 18-wheeler on Interstate 110 near Capitol Access.The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. It's unclear what caused the truck to overturn. The truck turned over near the DOTD building.No one was injured. Crews expect the ramp to be closed for some time while crews work to remove the truck from the roadway.
