WASHINGTON - President-elect Donald Trump is considering oil billionaire Harold Hamm and North Dakota Rep. Kevin Cramer to lead the Department of Energy.Trump is also considering venture capitalist Robert Grady for the top energy job, according to a transition planning document obtained by The Associated Press.
