Officials: Sheriff's lieutenant charged in domestic incident

NEW ORLEANS - Officials say an Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office lieutenant has been arrested following a domestic incident with his girlfriend.Local media outlets report that the sheriff's office says 37-year-old Lt.
