North Landfill hours to change to pre-flood operation hours

ZACHARY – The operating hours at the North Landfill will soon change back to its pre-flood operating hours.Effective Oct. 9, the North Landfill, located at 16001 Samuels Road, will be closed to the public on Sundays, although hours will remain on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. until further notice.The landfill will continue to be open to the public Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.The North Landfill hours were extended due to last month's severe flood.
