Neighbors concerned about interstate makeover

BATON ROUGE- Neighbors are worried after a large number of trees have been cut by DOTD along the interstate.
Complaints about the trash along the interstate, caused the clean up, however now a falling fence that leads into a neighborhood is exposed, resulting in people crossing the interstate.Kenneth Franklin, a neighbor who lives off the interstate near the Louise on ramp, said that he lost his brother after trying to cross with other family members."My brother, Elise, and Emmitt were together
