Men posing as FEMA workers force into home at gunpoint, shoot resident

AMITE – Deputies in Tangipahoa Parish are still looking for one man who they say posed as a FEMA worker, forced his way into a home at gunpoint then shot a resident in August.The shooting happened on Aug. 20 around 10:51 a.m. Deputies say 47-year-old Deshaun Harness and another man posed as FEMA workers to gain entry into a home on Franklin Street in the Village of Tangipahoa. When a woman answered the door, the two men asked her to sign a form.Investigators say one of the men
