Memorial honoring murdered State Trooper held in Lake Charles

LAKE CHARLES – A ceremony was held for a murdered Louisiana State Trooper on Tuesday morning to unveil a plaque memorializing him.The ceremony was held for Senior Trooper Steven Vincent of Louisiana State Troop D at its headquarters in Lake Charles. Vincent lost his life after he was shot while on patrol last year. The plaque was presented to family, friends and fellow Troopers of Vincent.
