BATON ROUGE - Emergency crews are responding to reports of a man shot in the arm with a flare gun near businesses on S Sherwoord Forest Blvd.An EBRSO spokesperson says the shooting happened in the 11000 block of Sherwood Forest Court, less than a mile from Airline Highway.According to deputies, a male victim was shot in the arm by a friend with the flare gun.
