Man arrested for lewd behavior

SLIDELL - Police have arrested a man for peeping and performing sexual acts on himself outside of a home.A woman was feeding her cat before going to bed and saw Craig Cipriano ,60, on the porch, authorities said.  She later hid and called 911. According to the woman, Cipriano was looking in her windows.The suspect left the scene before police arrived. However, police noticed a motion sensor light system turned on down the street. That's when police identified and arrested Cipriano.Cipri
