Man arrested for beating three children

BATON ROUGE- The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old James Major for three counts of cruelty to juveniles and three counts of simple battery.The incident occurred on Wednesday night in the 700 block of North 17th Street when Child Services called the EBRSO about three children with injuries.Child Services were taken to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital where they received medical attention due to several scratches and bruises on their bodies.
