La. National Guard rescues more than 19K following flooding

BATON ROUGE – Thousands of Louisiana National Guardsmen are working tirelessly for flood response efforts in the Baton Rouge area.As of Thursday, Aug. 18, the Louisiana National Guard has rescued over 19,040 citizens and 2,660 pets.
