Iberia Parish considers new regulations on mobile home parks

NEW IBERIA - Iberia Parish is considering halting all new mobile home parks in the parish while researching how best to regulate the developments.
The council on Wednesday is set to decide whether to allow its legal adviser three months to craft an ordinance specifically regulating mobile home parks.
During that window, there would be a moratorium on new mobile home park developments.
